~Meet the founders of FULL~
KIRTHI SHANKAR
President
Kirthi is a junior at Dougherty Valley High School and has been engaged in volunteer work throughout middle and high school. For three years she tutored students in math with Sai Math Academy, and she frequently volunteered with organizations in East Oakland dedicated to homeless relief. Her hobbies include learning languages, computer science, and writing. She is grateful to be able to work with her peers to help better the lives of homeless individuals in East Oakland.
ANANYA DASANNACHARYA
Vice President
Ananya is a junior at Dougherty Valley High School. She enjoys helping the community, dancing, reading, math, and editing photos and videos. Ananya loves trying new activities and hanging out with her friends and family. She has participated in many volunteering activities, including Sai Math Academy, where she tutored kids in math and making sandwiches for different homeless shelters. Ananya is very excited to be leading a club and hopes to make a positive impact.
NIRVAA SHAH
Secretary
Nirvaa is currently a junior at Dougherty Valley High School, and is honored to join in the endeavors of the FULL club. She is the secretary of FULL, and works with the other board directors to benefit the homeless community in East Oakland! She is a zealous singer, and her passion and love for society have led her into joining the We Love Stem nonprofit, as a chapter director (mentor).
BOOMIKA VELINENI
Treasurer
Boomika is a junior at Dougherty Valley High School. She is a member of the school newspaper, the Wildcat Tribune, and is the Instagram manager for the journalism nonprofit, Headliners in Education. She enjoys writing for a wide range of topics, in addition to making videos and entertaining others. In addition to that, Boomika is a tutor with Youth4Good, and teaches French on the weekend. She is ecstatic at the opportunity to lead FULL, and help give back to the community.
